The second Retirement Show in Glasgow
successfully took place on 13-14 November
2009 at the SECC, with thousands of happy visitors in attendance.
Among the highlights were the excellent Laughter Workshop, have-a-go
T'ai Chi, the fabulously aromatic and mouth-watering live cookery
demonstrations, the talented and brave performers from the Braemount
Care Home (BUPA has talent!) and much more besides.
Many visitors to the show commented on how friendly everyone was,
and we heard of plenty of visitors who had bumped into old friends
after a gap of 20 years and more!

next Retirement Show in Scotland will take place on 12-13 November
2010 at the SECC, Hall 3. It's going to be bigger, better and a
whole load of fun! Mark the date in your diary and plan
