The programme for the 2010 Retirement Show is below (but is subject to last minute amendments)

There will be lots of action packed fun and activities for you to participate in and enjoy- from Tai Chi to Jive and Jitterbug dancing to creating a watercolour masterpiece even if you have never painted before.

Gentle movement and exercise sessions led by our experts have proved to be a popular addition to the programme. Sessions lasting approximately an hour allow visitors to try something new and to get involved in the show, there will be demonstrations from British Wheel of Yoga and Tai chi Union of Great Britain.
